Thank you for your interest in the NIEDAX GROUP and its companies and products. This Data Protection Declaration is valid with regard to the internet services of www.fintech-gruppe.de as well as for the own content offered there.

Storage of user data, personally identifiable information
You usually do not need to name personal details in order to use our website. The following data will be stored in a protocol file at each access to our web- resp. application server:

- name of the data file resp. web address (URL) that was recalled,
- date and time of hit,
- transferred date amount,
- status details (e.g. error messages)
These data are stored for statistical purposes.
We are not able to allocate IP-addresses by ourselves or through contractual assignment of third parties. That would only be possible via court order, e.g. by court decision ruling disclosure in a case of a criminal act by the owner of said IP-address against us. Nevertheless ID-addresses have recently been classified as personally identifiable information.

Right to information
Because of the fact that we gather only those data from you and regarding you as mentioned above, we have as a result from your using our services only information about your person, aside from your IP-address, if you have contacted us via online contact form and provided those information yourself. Your right to information you can make by writing or by email to the address shown in the publishing note (“Impressum”). The same is valid regarding an objection against a prior made approval.
Objection against misuse of our own contact details
The contact details published in accordance with imprint requirements may not be used by third parties to send us unsolicited advertising material or information.
